Why the name pe'tet?
Our name pe'tet meaning "small" by definition is ushered from the appreciation of "small" gestures, moments, and experiences through fellowship and friendship. These moments bring big impacts on ones' journey and those they encounter along the way . To learn more, visit our inspiration.
What is the Pe'tet unboxing moment/gift wrap?
This is Pe'tet's version of gift wrap and the perfect option to share our caramels with others. It includes a branded box with premium tissue paper and ribbon along with a beautiful gift note card stock. Use the gift box icon on your product page to add. Use the gift message box located in the pop-up block on the product page or message box cart during check-out to add your message. If by chance you forget, please email admin@shoppetet.com prior to shipping. Also note, our unboxing moment accommodates up to two caramel tubes per gift box. Please add additional gift boxes to order if needed at checkout. Automatic discount for over 4 gift boxes (not caramel tubes). Happy gifting!
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are your caramels gluten-free? Do they contain nuts?
Our caramels are not certified gluten free; however we do not use gluten in our products.
Currently, our caramels do not contain nuts but gluten/nuts are processed on the premises. Even though we are extra cautious and take steps to keep gluten/nut containing products separate from our products, please be cautious when ordering if you are extremely allergic to gluten/nuts.
Does your product contain dairy?
Yes, our caramel recipe includes fresh local cream and butter.
Do you use corn syrup?
Absolutely Not! We are 100% corn syrup FREE
Are the wrappers biodegradable?
Our individual caramel wrappers are eco-friendly.
Do you provide custom/special orders?
Three weeks minimum is needed for large quantity orders. Email admin@shoppetet.com for pricing and options. We are not offering custom flavors at this time but stay tuned.
STORAGE AND SHIPPING
How should my caramels be stored?
If you keep your hands off long enough to store any caramels remaining, we recommend storing caramels in an air-tight container up to 3 months. For longer storage, we recommend storing inside your refrigerator or freezer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped on a rolling basis. As our products are handcrafted to order, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping to occur.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. Pe'tet currently ships to the contiguous 48 states.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders totaling to more than $75.00 and less than $200.00 after any coupons or discounts are applied. Pétet reserves the right to terminate special offers without notice at any time.
Do you ship in warmer climates/hot weather?
Typically yes, we ship in all weather/seasons with the exception of extreme weather conditions.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
At Pétet Confectionary Shop, we are passionate about the quality of our products as well as the experience of our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our collection we cannot accept any returns. We do not offer refunds. We are unable to cancel an order after 12 hours of order.
